Experimental Assisted Mouse Steering

Can't afford a wheel or simply like using mouse steering to play BeamNG? This might be something you're looking for. This mod basically just adds Understeer assistant and Oversteer assistant functions to a new keybind called Mouse Steering Assist Axis Video Showcase: The mod also comes with a UI app to toggle between Direct mouse steering which is stock BeamNG mouse steering behavior and Assisted mouse steering which is pretty much keyboard steering and steering (axis) control input combined. This steering input doesn't snap as quickly as Steering (axis) when moving the mouse to the left/right of your screen either so keep that in mind There's a few bugs with this behavior like the wheel suddenly snapping to a orientated position to follow the mouse angle after coming out of understeer assist or oversteer assist which could possibly be fixed but I'm not bothered by it all that much it seems more like a behavior limitation than anything
